terms of servicegeneral
1. kindly give clear instructions along with pegs, references are also required. the more details you give, the better! <3
2. all commissions will be drawn in my own art style. i have the right to refuse commissions when they’re not within my skills, art preference, or any personal reason. kindly refer to my commission sheet and socials to see my art style as well as what type of art i’ll do and the ones that i won’t.
3. rush commissions will not be accepted. the creation process usually takes 7 days to 2 weeks, or even longer. please understand if the process takes longer as i have a day job.
4. be very specific when providing feedback! a total of 2 major revisions are allowed during the sketch process. once the sketch is approved, only 2 minor revisions are allowed. anything beyond the stated number of revisions may require an additional fee.
5. communication is key! i’ll keep you updated throughout the creation process and let you know of any delays or issues that come up. i kindly ask that you respond to messages and requests for feedback in a timely manner.
6. the finished artwork will be sent to you via email in png format.payment
1. payments should be made via gcash, grabpay, ko-fi, or paypal. you can pay in full or pay 50% of the total price first. if you opted for downpayment, you have to pay the remaining balance in order to receive the final artwork.
2. all payments made are non-refundable. once i begin working on your commission, refunds and cancellations are not allowed. please be 100% sure before commissioning me.usage
1. commissioned artworks are for your personal use only. commercial use may require additional fees.
2. do not edit my artwork—this includes altering, copying, tracing, and removing/replacing watermark.
3. i retain the rights to all commissioned pieces.
4. i may post commissioned art on my socials, so please let me know in advance if you want to keep it private.
5. you may post the watermarked version of the artwork on your socials. the version without the watermark is for your personal use only. i’d highly appreciate it if you’d tag me when you post the commissioned piece online. 💗proceeding with the commission means that you acknowledge that you've read and understand the terms, and agree to abide by them.
